    Job Title: Customer Care Specialist with German

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

    About the Role:

    • Provide world-class customer service through phone, email, and live chat support channels.
    • Navigate internal and external documentation to resolve customer issues.
    • Identify and escalate priority or unresolved issues to internal teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver exceptional customer experience and ensure high-standard customer satisfaction.
    • Adhere to established protocols, KPIs, guidelines, and company policies.
    • Foster a collaborative work environment by engaging with team members and supervisors.

    Requirements:

    • Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in written and spoken communication.
    • Proficient in using standard PC applications.
    • Strong flexibility, professionalism, resilience, self-sufficiency, and reliability.
