Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about products, services, and support related to the German car industry.
• Provide exceptional service by addressing customer needs and resolving any issues that arise effectively.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to find solutions and support for customer inquiries.
• Maintain expert knowledge of German automotive products and services to provide accurate information.
• Document customer conversations in the CRM system for quality assurance and future reference.
• Participate in team meetings to provide insights and contribute to process improvements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• A strong passion for the automotive industry with a good understanding of German car brands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in customer service or automotive sales is a plus.
