    About the Role

    We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager to join our dynamic Brand Management team. If you have a passion for e-commerce, particularly Amazon, and possess excellent skills in driving product launches and managing client relationships, this opportunity is for you.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Product Launches: Lead new product launches on Amazon and other marketplaces, ensuring strategic keyword, competitor, and pricing strategies.
    • Account Management: Oversee the performance and growth of multiple online sellers, focusing on sales, advertising, marketing, and profitability.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads in Supply Chain, Content & Branding, Operations, and PPC teams to support account growth.
    • Client Communication: Maintain direct communication with clients regarding marketing and advertising, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
    • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on account performance to the team, management, and clients.
    • Client Retention: Foster strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and work to retain clients through value realization and brand reputation building.

    Requirements

    • 4-5 years of experience in the e-commerce industry, specifically Amazon.
    • Experience as an Account Manager, Category Manager, Brand Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar role.
    • Proven experience in market research, product launching, and account management on Amazon.
    • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and excellent customer service skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central.
    • Full-time availability, 40 hours/week, in CST.
